OUR STORY

Our grandfather perfected his chole bhature in Gajraula, a small town in Uttar Pradesh. The recipe — 28 spices, slow-cooked overnight — was never written down. It lived in his hands.

Cousins Avi Bains and Ranjeet Singh brought that recipe to Mountain View in February 2025. Every bowl of chole bhature served here is that same recipe, made the same way.
